We went up to Moose Head Sunday to camp over and fish.
We arrived at 9:30pm but it took awhile to find a campsite along the river that was available; but finally we found one. We found out in the morning why it was available, it was because there was a sign on a tree that said NO CAMPING. But it was so dark that we couldn't see it, which actually turned out to be a blessing!

It was a perfect camping site, I don't know why they wont allow people to camp there.
None of us got much sleep cause it was so cold we all nearly froze to death. It was 37 degrees.Shay forgot her sleeping bag so she had to use life jackets and towels!! Believe it or not she was the warmest of all.

The point of going up there was to fish, but nobody caught anything.
(I couldn't fish cause I didn't have a license.) We did have a good time anyway though.
Looks like you did! But I sure am glad that I was spending the night in my warm bed. You all know about my experiences in backyard camping and that was enough for me!
